The house is located on a quiet dirt road off of Varney Road and is equipped with high-speed WiFi and cable television.brbrOur home accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults at all times. Children under the age of 3 do not count in the 8-person maximum. We do not allow smoking, large events, or parties on our property.brbrEnjoy our private 75 foot, well maintained sandy beach and dock, zero gravity beach chairs and in-ground fire pit which is perfect for relaxing by the fire and roasting marshmallows. Relax on lake time, enjoying beautiful summer days, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and star lit evenings on our private beach.brbrOur beach water area is spacious and is shallow enough for young children to enjoy a clean, sandy bottom, with a gentle slope into the deeper water just past the dock. Included with your rental are 2 paddle boards, two 1-person kayaks, one 2-person kayak, one 3-person canoe, and a 5-person paddleboat. Life jackets are provided for children and adults.brbrBring your fishing gear!
