Ridgewood Country Club is a nice Golf course about 3 miles from us. This home offers Spectacular Scenic Mountain Views, outside fire pit gas, grill, two gas fireplaces, pool table, ping pong table, dart board. We have internet with Spectrum two 55-inch tv's one in the Livingroom one in basement 4 other tv's are in every bedroom. All TVs are smart and flat. Our private community has a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball, playground, beaches, and clubhouse. The left side looking at the water of my dock is used by the property across the street not to sun themself or fish or swim just to board and unboard their boat only. (THEN THEY MUST LEAVE THE DOCK BECAUSE THE DOCK IS YOURS)! My 40' dock will accommodate a 25' boat of yours or less. (ENJOY!!!!)
