This small, two bedroom, modular house, is located about a mile (1.6 kilometres) from Yellowstone! It measures about 420 square feet or 39 square metres. The outside measurements are about 12 feet by 35 feet, or about 3.6 metres by about 10.6 metres. brbrBoth bedrooms are very small, and each has a double bed. The living area is also small, and although this modular home will sleep four, there are only seats for three in the small lounge and around the small dining table. brbrPlease be aware that the hot water heater in this modular home is really small! There is not space for a larger one. This means that if someone takes a long shower, or if you are using the washer on hot, you will have to wait for the hot water heater to build up more hot water, before other people can shower.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, range, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you need, as well as towels and bed linens. Master bedroom has a king bed; guest bedroom has a queen bed; master ensuite has a large stand-alone shower and walk-in closet; guest bath has 2 sinks, shower and tub. Kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker (drip and K-cup) and coffee grinder. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable gel pad. This unit has Roku smart TV's in the living area and bedrooms, as well as its own STARLINK internet.
