This property is located 1 mile from the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It is minutes from shops and restaurants but located on the edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. brThe master bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a brand new couch, that converts to a very comfortable queen memory foam sleeper sofa, and a 48 inch smart TV that is connected to our WiFi and has a Netflix account ready to use. Unfortunately we do not have cable TV. We also have a DVD player and a small selection of DVDs from which to chose. The kitchen has a table that seats 6 and contains brand new stainless-steel appliances including a ceramic stove-top, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking and dining ware you will need. The house has 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. We also have a full size washer and dryer for your use. There is a one car garage to park a small vehicle in OR to store your hunting, fishing, or snowmobiling gear in. Out front is a small deck with a gas grill and a bistro table and two chairs. brIt will be a relaxing place to come home to after a busy day touring Yellowstone. Perfect for small families, two couples, or two adults who would like different bedrooms. brWe have two rentals side by side. The other rental is the same layout, but has a Wildlife theme. This charming vacation home is located just 7 miles west of West Yellowstone, MT, the gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Moose Crossing is a great spot for exploring the whole Yellowstone area. The home is surrounded by national forest trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowmobiling. You are likely to see Moose, Elk and maybe even a bear in this incredible neighborhood!brbrMoose Crossing has radiant floor heating through the house. There is no air conditioning system in the home. No Air conditioning you say It is difficult to find many homes in the area with air conditioning. AC is typically not needed as it cools off in the evening very comfortably, so everyone just opens the windows for the fresh evening mountain air! Even during the hottest weeks of summer, the highs may reach the 80's for a short time, but the temperature drops to the 40’s overnight.brbrThe lodge has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The home fits 10 adults very comfortably. Between the 5 bedrooms there are: 2 King, 2 Queen, and 2 Twin sized beds. The upper level includes the Master bedroom and bath. The upstairs living area is an open concept living area with Kitchen, and 2 living room areas. The living room has spectacular views, a wood burning stove, and a 58 inch flat screen TV. Just off the kitchen is the very large deck with spectacular views of Lionhead Mountain and other peaks along the Continental Divide. 4 bedrooms & 2 baths are on the ground floor, known as an 'upside-down' floor plan. brbrIn winter, you can snowmobile directly from the house and get onto hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Big Sky Ski area is only a 1 hour drive.brbrThe Kitchen and dining area includes every amenity you may need for a meal. The grill is located on the impressive deck just off the kitchen. Wireless high speed internet available for all guests. We don't allow pets to keep our home pet hair and dander free. brbrWe purchased the property in October 2019, so you could say it is under 'new management.' We have already made numerous upgrades to this already fantastic property. We just installed a 7 person hot tub and it feels amazing! We also have brand new flooring and furnishings. There is a covered porch with seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cool beverage in the evening as well as a patio with charcoal grill and picnic table.brbrThis cabin was established June 2014. Central AC installed September 2024. The rear bedroom has a king size bed and a 32 flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms and has ample storage, a tub/shower combo and also houses the stacked full size washer and dryer. The living room and kitchen are an open concept design. It has full size appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher and a 50 led flat screen TV with HULU streaming service. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed and the upholstered storage ottoman also doubles as extra seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, glassware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster and other items you would find in most kitchens as well as some basic cooking staples.
