This is a really small two bedroom, one bathroom, modular home, located about a mile (1.5 kilometres) from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The unit measures 12 feet by 35 feet (about 420 square feet or 39 square metres).brbrBoth bedrooms are very small, and each has a full bed, which is a little smaller than a queen bed. brbrAlthough the home sleeps four people (and yes children are people as well), there are only lounge type seats for three in the small living area. The home has a breakfast bar on one wall, which can only seat three at one time. brbrThe unit has a washer and a dryer.brbrPlease be aware that the hot water heater in this modular home is really small! There is not space for a larger one. This means that if someone takes a long shower, or if you are using the washer on hot, you will have to wait for the hot water heater to build up more hot water, before other people can shower.brbrPlease note that check-in closes at 10 pm. I'm sorry but it will not be possible to check-in after 10 pm. Before booking, please make sure you can be here before 10 pm, as we cannot make exceptions to the check-in time. Please take delays in the park into consideration. You never know when you may run into a buffalo jam! Please do not ask if we can make an exception to the check in-time. I regret that we cannot. The reason for this is that we do not want the noise of late check-ins disturbing other guests who may be trying to sleep. Once you're here, you can get back to your room any time you choose. Less than a mile from the Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is our rental house with all the comforts of your own home. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and smart TV, the second bedroom has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, a cozy love seat for reading or relaxing, and a bookshelf with games for the whole family. All beds have very nice linens on them, a blanket, a duvet, and a washable duvet cover. The living/dining room has a table that seats 6 people, a comfortable brand new couch, and a 46 inch smart TV that is connected to our WiFi and has a Netflix account ready to use. The kitchen has a breakfast nook that seats 5-6 people and contains brand new stainless-steel appliances including a ceramic stove-top, range, microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart coffee maker, garbage disposal and all the cooking and dining ware you will need. The house has 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. We also have a full size washer and dryer for your use. brYou are able to ski to the rendezvous ski trails from our house. The trailhead is 1/4 of a mile away.
