Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico`s pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.brbrIt is quaint with its knotty pine interior, river rock fireplace and custom log bed! It`s setting is perfect to create an awesomely memorable visit. You may come to visit Yellowstone Park, but you may find that you won`t want to leave the cabin! Hideabed has got a newer plush mattress to make our guests more comfy.brbrApple and Bing maps have the neighborhood streets wrong, so please be attentive to my directions and map that I send you. Weber gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit, washer and dryer, WIFI (12-20 MBPS) and satellite television, heat and air conditioning, gas fireplace logs for ambiance in the evenings. Thanks for your understanding.brHOUSE RULESbrbr1. Please use the large wall-mounted heater as the main source of heat. This heater is separately metered at 50% off the normal electrical rate. The smaller heaters are to be used when outside temperatures are below 20 degrees. Set the temperature at 70 degrees when leaving and turn the AC off.br2. Only smoke outside with the door and/or windows closed.br3. Campfires when there is little to no wind. br4. In the winter when temperatures are below 40, one must use the smaller electric heaters. The button is on the top right. Put at 3 to 4 o-clock position for temperatures below 30.br5. Dogs are allowed, small fee of $25 to $75 depending on length of stay.br6. Tidy up, wipe counters, please make sure dishes or glassware are clean.br7. Please clean up pet poop directly around the cabin. br8. Use the fireplace for ambiance a few hours a day at most. It is not efficient for heating. br9. Please no feminine products, wipes, or paper towels are to be flushed. These items clog our septic system. br10. PLEASE DON’T REBOOT THE ROUTER. WE HAVE A SYSTEM THAT COMMUNICATES THROUGH A RADIO TO OUR HOME, SO THEY NEED TO BE BOOTED UP SEPARATELY. SEND Steve a message if you are having an issue.
