Stayed Sep 7, 2025Very nice set up. The room was connected to the private residence but still was very private and quiet for us. Room, bedding, and bathroom was very clean and well organized. Property could use some cleaning up but did not effect our stay or take away from our experience. Highly recommended

Perfect for a singleton-- would be tight quarters for 2 people IMO especially if with much stuff.Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities.Beautiful mountain view and table and chairs outside to sit, drink coffee and enjoy .

Stayed Sep 30, 2024Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Appreciated basic cooking materials, especially coffee pot and mugs. Only complaint was how small the room was. On-line posting did not reveal this. We barely had room for our suitcases. We were only using Livingston as a stopover, so it was fine for one night. Would not want to stay there for a week.
