It is graveled and well maintained but it can be a little intimidating the first time. Take your time, be safe, and enjoy the view all the way up and especially when you reach the top!brbrGARBAGEbr-Due to the fact there are lots of critters on the property, it’s important that you dispose of any trash in our “critter proof” garbage cans on the east side of each cottage. Please don’t leave garbage or food items outside or you may make some furry new friends (including bears).brbrBEAR SPRAYbr-It’s Montana and bear spray is definitely recommended . It can be purchased in many places in town and we highly encourage it if you are going hiking or even exploring on our property.brWe want you to enjoy your stay and we`re not into providing a long list of rules. However, there are a few things that are important for your safety and the safety of other guests.brbr-No pets please. We love pets, but have made the decision to not allow them on the property for a variety of reasons. brbr-No smoking or vaping in the cottages or on the property. We are a smoke free property. We live in a very high fire zone and ask that you not smoke (or vape) anywhere on the property.brbr-No fires. We purposely don`t have fire pits or any other fire making mechanisms on the property. Please don`t get creative and build your own. brbr-Mind your trash. Each cottage has its own large trash bin (located on the east side of the cottage next to the gas grill). Please don`t leave your trash out on the deck or anywhere outside. And when using the trash bin, please make sure to latch it so critters (including bears) cannot help themselves to your trash.brbr-Please be mindful of other guests. Have fun but keep the volume to a reasonable level when outside on your deck, especially later in the day.
