You have your own private entrance that leads to the open floor plan with lots of light and river views. Walking in you will see a large space that includes the living room, wet bar (mini fridges, coffee maker, microwave), and a breakfast alcove with river views and counter height tables/chairs. The living room has a leather couch, love seat, recliner, coffee and end tables. A 52 Phillips TV with Dish Satellite service.brbrThe outdoor space includes a paver patio area, BBQ gas grill, outdoor two burner stove available on request. The outdoor cooking area and appliances come ready to use. When arriving, you simply walk along the path to the side of the house leading down towards the river and access your keys from the lockbox. All of your indoor and outdoor space is private. There is parking available for two vehicles (let me know if you need more space).brOther things to notebrA major perk is that the house is located above the banks of a wild, glacial-fed river so please exercise caution when down by the river, especially children and non-swimmers.brbrThe wet bar/prep area is not intended for any open-flame cooking so a microwave and toaster are provided for indoor use. There is a BBQ gas grill directly outside the sliding glass doors on the paver patio for grilling and other cooking. An outdoor freestanding two burner stove is available on request. We only ask they are left in the condition you found them.brbrThe home complies with local environmental mandates and has a specialized plumbing system with toilets than can only handle human waste and toilet paper. All other waste (including feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, diapers, Q-tips, trash, etc) must be disposed of in the trash cans, as any foreign objects will cause malfunction of the plumbing system. Our property has a great deal to offer for a large family with spacious rooms. With beautiful scenic views of mountains on the front deck. Or for someone just wanting to get away for a while. Flathead valley is a great place to vacation for the outdoor enthusiasts. We have Glacier National Park 20 minutes away. Big Mountain Ski Resort also 20 minutes away. Flathead River and the Big Sky Waterslide is just 5 minutes away. Our home has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have bunk beds for the children and family games. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Our fourth room has a pull-out couch, and a log bunk bed for extra sleeping space. We have 2 roll away beds and a queen air mattress with built in pump. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. It has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, crock pot, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. It is stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We have also included small things like condiments, spices, flour, storage containers for the food. Outside on the deck we have a large barbecue. And an outdoor propane fireplace. And a hot tub.

The guest cabins are never rented to a separate party from the main house, so your privacy is assured.brbrThe main cabin has an inviting Great Room for gathering, with a gas stove, two large couches, and plenty of seating and tables, as well as a TV for movies. The master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom with a queen bed shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has several bunk beds.
