Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.br- Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 Fbr- No glass in or near hot tubbr- No jumping, diving or petsbr- Limit your hot tub time to 15 min and cool off before using again. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.br- Please do not use hot tub if you have diarrhea or any disease transmittable by water.br- Do not use under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.br- No children under the age of 12 should use the hot tub, they are much more prone to overheating.br- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.brWarning: Please consult a physician before using if you are elderly, pregnant, have diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, any illness or if taking prescription medications.brbrGuest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
