This waterfront home is perfect for your Up North Retreat. Not only does it come with a Pontoon boat for your use, but it is a 3-bedroom, tri-level home with a lot of living space and a great fire pit area. brLocated on the Northeast side of Sugar Island, on the St. Mary's River (by the Mouth of Lake George). This house is in the middle of other properties known as The Sugar Suite (Same owners and that listing is VRBO #475245) and The Nest. Each of these properties are 2 houses down (about 250 feet), so perfect accommodations for a large group!brDo you want to bring your boat You are more than welcome! In fact, there is a DNR boat launch about a mile or so from this location, so putting it in the water once you arrive at the Island House will not be an issue and we have room for you to park your trailer! If you plan to use the Pontoon boat (holds 1000 lbs) between Memorial Day - Labor Day, please bring life jackets (all children 12 and Under must be wearing their life jackets at all times - US Coast Guard regulation). We make sure the pontoon boat is full of gas for your arrival, and though we can help you get more gas if needed, we do prefer you have it full again before you leave. Thank you! brWe'll provide all of the linens, but expect you to bring your own paper products.brIf you possess your Michigan Fishing License, than you can not only use your own boat, or the pontoon boat for fishing, but you also have the option of booking a charter fishing trip just 1 dock down (Blue Heron Fishing Charter).
