This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath has it all! Pool, walking distance to town, and is a waterfront property that has amazing views of Mt. Baldy and Kalamazoo Harbor. All of this plus a gourmet kithcen, two outdoor decks overlooking Kalamazoo Lake and is one of only two stand alone townhouses on the water in Saugatuck Harbor Resort. This cottage also has two fireplaces with top of the line finishes throughout. Whether it is prime summertime where you can enjoy the pool or the beauty of Saugautck in the offseason where you can walk to town and enjoy the beuty of the fall colors or the winter snow and all of the ametities of the downtown. Walk to all the restauratnts, breweries, galleries and shops that Saugatuck and Douglas has to offer. The first bedroom is a master suite with a queen bed, fireplace, tv, fireplace, ensuite full bath with a walk in shower, and large balcony deck overlooking the Harbor. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. This brings the total capacity to 7 guests. All the bedrooms have new mattresses in 2019. The second full bath is also on the second floor with a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath as well as a laundry room on the first floor. This stand alone townhouse truly has it all.brbrBy renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following Rental Rules:brbr(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)brbr1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. br2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. br7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. With 3 full bathrooms and a powder room equipped with all the essentials, you'll feel right at home. A spacious finished basement offers a full bathroom with shower, a massive u-shaped sectional for the perfect movie night, as well as a home office equipped with a standing desk, desk chair and monitor. Each room from the home has beautiful wooded views. Please note that there is not a water view from the house. Walk down a short wooded path to a stairway that leads to your own private dock on Silver Lake! Drive or bike five minutes right into town to everything Saugatuck has to offer. By renting this property, you are agreeing to the following terms:brRental Rules (rules are strictly enforced):br1. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed at the property either inside or outside. An extra $500 cleaning fee will be added to guests’ bill if smoking occurs at the property.br2. You and your guests are using the property at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the property or for any lost or stolen items. Any use of the dock on the property requires life jackets be worn and the dock and lake are used at your own risk.br3. No boats or trailers are to be parked at the property. Tents of any kind are not allowed.br4. No trailers are allowed on the property. There is parking for 4 cars maximum in the driveway (roundabout and next to garden). Parking on the road is prohibited. Guests do not have garage access.br5. Do not move the furniture.br6. This property has a maximum number of 8 guests that is listed and you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. This goes for day or night. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number of people in the property. If additional people are found to be staying at the property, the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack-n-plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.br7. Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet elsewhere immediately.br8. Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or must provide another credit card number, cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.br9. Cleaners will come to the property after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay.br10. Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups or parties anytime of the day or night. Neighbors must not hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.br11.
