Wherever your adventures take you, the Beachcomber’s Cottage is your perfect “home base.”brbrYOUR RESERVATIONbrBOOKING POLICY: br• The Beachcomber's Cottage rents by the week or longer, and is available from June to mid-October.br• Check-in and check-out is on Saturdays.br• Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am.br• Maximum number of guests: 4br• Pets are not allowed on the propertybr• Smoking on the property is prohibitedbrbrRATES AND PAYMENT POLICY: br• Rates are based on season: Spring (June), Summer (July-August), and Fall (September-October). The rate listed for each date reflects the seasonal rate.br• A non-refundable $80 cleaning fee is collected with payment. A Security Deposit is not collected in advance, but if the premises are damaged during your stay, payment of up to $300 may be collected after checkout.br• Prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
