It is off the sandy shores of Lake Superior (approximately 250 ft. from the water), which has incredible sunsets. There is air conditioning and wi-fi for your pleasure during your stay at this quant carriage house. There is also a grill and fire pit to use when the beach is too windy for fires. This is a family friendly place to stay, most dogs are welcome with permission however we do charge a non refundable $50 fee per dog (no more than two dogs at a time.) We are located on the main snowmobile trial network in the U.P. so you can park and ride right from here! We have a few backcountry ski trails right on our property so bring your skis or snowshoes! We have three other vacation rentals in Marquette (1496193, 2330068, 1036128) with over 300 five star ratings.brbrWalking into the home you are greeted by the light airy living room with the kitchen to your left and the bed room to your right. The kitchen is well appointed and brightly painted with a secluded patio off the side door. Included in the kitchen is a modern stackable washer & dryer. The living room has freshly painted walls and wood floors and is furnished with comfortable, mid-century modern furniture, a smart TV with Netflix and a turntable with vintage albums.brbrThe bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with quality linens. The bathroom features plenty of towels and a floor to ceiling tiled shower.brbrThe outdoor area includes a secluded patio off the kitchen with a seating area, grill, charcoal and grilling utensils.
