Riverfront cabin with furnished deck, beautiful backyard, firepit & kayaks

Excellent stay. Aside from an occasional spotty WiFi signal, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Very comfy beds, wish they had a water softner tho. Lots of games, puzzles.

We were cozy and comfortable in and charmed by this rental, and crazy about the river access, including the deck right on the river bank. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of great details to notice and a wealth of games and puzzles. Highly recommend!

This was our first (definitely not our last!) girls’ weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We found Retro on the Beach to be very clean, well stocked and furnished. It was perfect!

Great location on the river. Beautiful lot, Very convenient to Honor and surrounding attractions. The kitchen was equipped well enough. It was nice to have the extra refrigerator as well as the washer/dryer.

The location is excellent and the cabin is incredibly cute. We loved the deck on the river, the 'retro' vibe, and the LP collection! The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us; for a larger group, it's probably worth knowing that the 1 bathroom is off the master bedroom. We'd definitely stay here again!

My uncle died suddenly from a heart attack and we were not able to get any sort of refund or even exchange dates. Very disappointed with vacasa. We don't know anything about this specific property since we were never able to go. on our trip.

When we were not out and about we spent our time playing games, listening to records, wading in the river and enjoying the charm of this wonderful cottage on the river. Enough room for our family of 4 with lots to do. We will be back!

Property was good for the time being, everything was clean and good stereo!

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. Within couple hours of arriving we seen a mouse in back bedroom. We seen it again 2 more times so we went to get mouse traps. My kids wouldn’t sleep in the room where we seen the mouse which made our sleeping arrangement difficult. Other than then mouse the house seemed clean. When you read the description on VRBO it appears to be a private area with private deck overlooking river. NO where does it say this is shared property with the owners who live next door! We were very disappointed to be gone most of the day to come back to fish in river and owners were sitting on deck. Made it very uncomfortable for us. We wanted to leave after kids seen mouse and wanted to leave:( I figured we would not get any money back so we stayed. Most amount of money ever spent and would never do it again. The description needs to state the owners live next door and property is shared. If it would have said that we would not have booked it.
