A beautiful gas fireplace is located in the center of the large gathering area. There is a 60-inch LED flat-screen television that is great for watching sporting events or your favorite TV shows in this common area. brYou will want to prepare every meal in this gourmet, world-class kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous slate floors. There is a commercial-quality stainless steel Viking stovetop with 6 burners and a Viking warming drawer. For your convenience, there are dual ovens, a dishwasher, and a trash compactor. The oversized island provides an additional prep sink. A separate beverage area has a small refrigerator as well as a breakfast bar with seating for three.brThis beautiful property has an estate-quality dining room that is well lit by the custom chandelier held high above the table. The dining table seats 10 people and is able to host large gatherings.brAlso located on the main level, you will find the master bedroom with hand-scraped hardwood floors, a king bed, a flat-screen television, a private deck overlooking the golf course and ski slopes, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. Located next to the Boyneland Ski Lift (with night skiing), Kid's Ski School and Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark, you can't find a better location for a family. In the summer there is a private pool for guests at the Mountain Villas. Our condo is located in Building L.brbrWe re-engineered and moved the walls in our condo to create the largest living area of any Mountain Villa. You only have to look at the kitchen and living area to fall in love. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The massive kitchen island is sure to be the gathering place for your family and friends!brbrThe living room has a new leather sectional couch, gas fireplace and 55 flat screen TV. There are vinyl plank floors throughout, an eating bar and a huge bench with cubbies and hooks to handle all of your belongings. The upper level includes a master suite with a King Bed, the guest bedroom contains two queen beds and the enclosed private loft suite contains two queen beds as well. Most units do not have the loft enclosed for a truly private bedroom! The upgraded kitchen features marble countertops and a great butlers nook.brbrThe lower master bedroom contains a queen bed with a twin over full bunk. The guest bedroom contains one full and one queen bed. We will meet all guests there to take their luggage up for them. It is about an 800 foot hike up hill (slow incline) to get to your site. brbrWe live next door and are only a call or text away should you need us for anything. The cabin is located 5 minutes from Boyne Mountain, a year round resort. The cabin sits at the crest of the second hill on Cherry Hill Rd. 8 minutes to Boyne City and beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Plenty of shopping near by. Our bedrooms have black out shades for better sleeping. The covered deck has plenty of seating for enjoying the beautiful views. Enjoy Betty’s restaurant which is in Boyne Falls for a delicious homemade breakfast or lunch. Petoskey is only an18 minute drive with a beautiful downtown and plenty of shopping plus it’s on the water with amazing views. Gaylord is 25 minutes away where the expressway is located. Mackinac Island is less than an hour away. You won’t be disappointed if you make our cabin your destination. This property is also a working farm which includes owners gardens and chicken coop. The owners are quiet and you won’t even know they are there. They are very friendly tho if you have any questions. The garage is heated in the winter for all your skiis and equipment. You might even be lucky enough to see some wildlife.
