Stayed Oct 10, 2025Nice location, nice rental, comfy beds, nice family room where we mostly hung out when we were all together, easy check in/check out. Very close to Boyne Mountain, the Skybridge, and Avalanche Bay. Overall it was a positive stay. The one thing that wasn’t pleasant were the people above us with stomping and pounding of kids running around until 1am, and then would start up again at 7am. We even read the other reviews before booking and thought we’d be fine with a loud box fan, nope. Also, in my opinion it needs a deep cleaning. It was mostly clean, but there was dust, dirt and crumbs in the nooks and crannies of places, especially the bed frame where the mattress sits, under the bed, and behind the nightstand. Overall, we did enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025It was clean and nice. But we were planning on a pullout bed but there was not one. One person had to sleep on couch. It was cold in there. People staying upstairs were loud. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed Sep 17, 2021Clean and comfortable condo. A little hard to find since the condo number is on the upstairs unit and it's actually a basement unit. Once we found it though, it was spacious, good layout, and located in a nice peaceful area of the resort. We enjoyed our stay.
