It comes with access to our 150ft association sandy beach with private boat launch on Sebago lake which is just a short 2 min walk down the street. This quintessential property is the perfect place to relax an escape the hustle and bustle of life. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dish washer and washer an dryer. Also it is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and pans. The bathroom has a beautiful shower and is stocked with towels, hand towels and face cloths. The home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The first bedroom is a queen bed an the second has a full over full bunkbed. We will also provide a pack n play with toddler size mattress for those traveling with little ones. Beach towels, chairs, beach toys, a wagon, fire pit and grill are all on site for your use! Spend a day on the beach or explore all the area has to offer with endless amounts of resturants, hiking trails, shopping and 30 mins to Portland/ocean. There are also boat and kayak rentals right around the corner! Then at the end of your day come home to a covered screened in porch equipped with table an chairs, making it a perfect place for a bug free evening of BBQ, board games and cold drinks.
