You are located across the street from the Ogunquit Playhouse, a nice 0.8mi walk to Perkins Cove, and 0.6mi to the center of town. brbrUnit 225 is on the ground floor. brbrLiving room: There is a spacious living room that is open to the kitchen and 4 seat dining table. The couch is a pullout couch with a queen sized mattress. There is a Roku tv above a beautiful electric stove. There is a bathroom off of the kitchen with a tub and shower combination.brbrBedroom: The only bedroom has a King sized bed with a Nectar memory foam mattress. There is another Roku smart tv to relax after a great day at the beach. There is also a desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse if you are working while getting away. The second bathroom is off of the bedroom with a beautiful new shower with glass enclosure. brbrPool: There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool at the property. The indoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day until a point in September determined by the weather.brbrParking: There are two parking spots for this unit. As a note, linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels) are not provided but can be rented at a discount. As you enter the home with your personal smart code you are greeted with a quaint entry area with built in cubby’s for shoes and coats and a half bath. Down the hall you pass a fun dining area and master suite on the way to the living room and kitchen. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath. The master bath has two vanities and a spacious glass enclosed shower. The living room has vaulted ceiling that opens to the loft upstairs with a large sectional and a 50” LED smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound. The modern kitchen offers a wonderful place for you to cook pancakes in the morning or simply sit at the quartz island an enjoy a cup of coffee.brbrThe Second floor has two bedrooms a full bath and a loft with a separate kids nook.
