Stayed Jul 20, 2024Great cottage for a family vacation. Close to town and the beach. 1 min walk to a trolley stop. The only issue was the sofa bed downstairs was dirty (lots of sand inside) and the slats were damaged to where it is unusable to sleep on.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023The house was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! We walked to the beach every day, went to town for lunch and dinner. The walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes but we enjoyed it. The house is clean and the kitchen adequately stocked. It has a small porch in the front of the house, but it’s facing the road and it is a bit loud. That’s the only thing the house is missing, a better outdoor option. Otherwise, it was perfect and we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The house matched the description. It was conveniently located between Portland and Kittery /Portsmouth as well as the beaches in town. Very clean. Would stay here again.
