Stunning Timbers ski-in/ski-out, above the base lodge and SuperQuad

Had a wonderful stay! Our host Kate was available to answer any questions and even steered us towards recommended lifts and trails to take as first-timers to Sugarloaf. We would stay again!

What a terrific first ski weekend and this beauty condo had a lot to do with it! Hosts communicated very well and the space was comfortable and spotless. Location, come on, the best. Sad to leave but excited to come back!

Great location for summer biking

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family over the Labor Day weekend while attending a family wedding. We all had plenty of room and privacy. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well stocked. Kate went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

This condo was exactly as promised Well maintained and super comfortable. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of room to be together and yet still have plenty of personal space. Highly recommend this Sugarloaf condo!

We stayed here for the sugarbush marathon. We were 5 adults and the place was perfect! The hot tub was a real bonus as well as the condo was just under a mile to the bus pickup to take everyone to the race start. That was a real bonus!! The place was clean and comfortable.

My family rented this house to try a little Spring Skiing. The house was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the furniture and beds were super comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! Katherine was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely rent from her again.

Kate and Chris have a gem on Sugarloaf Mountain. This was our third stay and we are already looking forward to our return next year. This townhouse is perfect for two families of four with kids who are safe on stairs. Plenty of space, bathrooms, groomers driving by out the back door. This stay is worth every penny.

The home itself was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 9. There was a lovely living room area that was very cozy with plenty of comfortable seating, warm fireplace and lots of board games to use. Each of the bedrooms contained VERY comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen was fully equipped and ample storage for food making it a breeze to cook meals. The overall location was amazing - literally ski off/on the Windrow trail. This made the coming and going of each member in our party easy. The overall home was immaculate and came with clear concise necessary directions/information. The homeowner responsive and to all inquiries and even followed up midstay to confirm we were all set. This home far exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit this home annually with our group.

I recently stayed at this condo at Sugarloaf and had an amazing experience. The unit was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. The access to the lifts was unbeatable—just a short walk away, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. The condo itself offered the perfect amount of space for our group, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether it was enjoying a cozy evening in or gearing up for a day on the mountain, the space was ideal. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Sugarloaf—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay!

I cannot tell you how wonderful our stay was. The house was amazing very clean and the location was amazing. I took my son who’s 24 and two of his friends to play golf at the Sugarloaf golf course. Kate was absolutely amazing with communication. She actually checked in with me while we were there. I would recommend this place 100%.

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We were welcomed warmly and were given clear instructions for the check in/check out process, which was appreciated. This property has a lot of stairs to climb so that's something to bear in mind if you are bringing a lot of gear with you or any family members that struggle with stairs.
