The cottage has about 1,900 sq ft of living space and 350 feet of private lake frontage with more than 75 feet of sandy beach with gradual declining sand bottom and a separate boat dock. There is also a floating swim dock that is shared with owners. Perfect spot for small children. In 2013 part of the cottage was renovated including th addition of a new entry, laundry/storage room, two new sliding doors to deck and a new third bedroom. A new powder room was completed in 2014 and a new large full bathroom was completed prior to the 2016 season. A canoe and two kayaks are also provided with the rental. Life jackets are included.brbrThe large pine paneled open design living area has a wall of windows facing the lake.
