The bedrooms are all good size with plush or pillow top mattresses. The basement has an another family room with couch, chair and 43 inch HD TV. We provide a dog bed and food & water bowls for your furry family friends. To keep the house welcoming for owners of dogs and those without, dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the game room (Claws can damage the mat in the game room). When you are not at the home, dogs must be kept on the first floor to prevent damage to the furniture while you are away. Dog gates are available for use. Guests must also pick-up after their dogs when they use the restroom in the yard. brbrOur home is also equipped with a perimeter-wide Invisible Fence system. The filter and heat pumps run from 7AM - 9PM, and it will take a few hours to warm in the AM. In a cold snap, the heater may not be as effective, and we do not issue weather related refunds for heating.
