Stayed Dec 29, 2024We had an issue with access instructions but once we heard back from the owner that was resolved. The property was a good size for our group, clean and well-equipped. The location was close enough to Sunday River for skiing and we watched the NYE fireworks there as well! The location was also good for access to restaurants in Bethel - and the bowling alley!

Stayed Feb 24, 2023The property was in a great location. The listing was accurate. Beautiful area and easy to get to the mountain. The only change I would offer to the owner would be to not put the keys for both units in one lockbox. Also, the garage was opened twice while we were there. We reached out to the owner about it but never received a callback.
