brbrEnjoy a classic Colorado vacation at Trollhaugen, a small, quiet complex of 12 units conveniently located a 1/2 mile from Steamboat Ski Area, even closer to Central Park Plaza (City Market, Walmart and more) and only 2.5 miles from the town of Steamboat Springs. It is one of the original condo buildings in Steamboat.
brbrEnter Trollhaugen 310 into the spacious main level, which features the living and dining area as well as a nicely equipped kitchen with everything you will need if you choose to dine-in.
brbrKick back on the comfy sectional and take in the amazing views and watch a game, movie or your favorite show on the brand new 65” LG Smart TV. There's a gas fireplace in the living room as well for added comfort and warmth.
brbrThere is a large dining table with seating for six, perfect for a meal, game night or setting up your laptop. Combined with high speed wifi, this makes Trollhaugen 310 a great spot for your remote working needs.
brbrThe dining area leads to the covered deck, perfect for taking in the fantastic views with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain.
brbrThe main level also features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with walk in showers including the master en suite, which offers a king bed (brand new Casper premium memory foam mattress). The second bedroom has two queen beds (band new Casper premium memory foam mattresses). Both bedrooms have beautiful mountain views, dressers and a closet.
brbrThe loft is almost like a separate upstairs apartment, and has both a king bed and a queen bed (both (brand new Casper premium memory foam mattresses), storage, a desk and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
brbrTrollhaugen offers a secured ski locker right outside the condo and a community laundry room in the building with coin operated machines.

brbrOriginally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
brbr
brbrWinter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
brbr
brbrMountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
brbr
brbr** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
