Beautiful 3BR/2BA Townhome on the Mountain: Bus Route & Wifi

Wow easily a top stay for me as a long time traveler! It was our groups first time in steamboat and we absolutely loved our time there. Eric was an amazing host and gave us incredible food and pub recommendations. The skiing was phenomenal and having a hot tub at the house was the best way to end the day. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Eric was an excellent host with great compassion and communication. His townhome was extremely accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We came to Steamboat with our kids and Mother-in-law. This listing was perfect for us with comfortable beds, close proximity to groceries, playgrounds, a hot tub, and shuttle service. Eric is a fantastic host who goes above ane beyond to make the experience super smooth and welcoming. I've never been happier with a VRBO stay! We hope to be back soon!

Great Stay. Fabolous apartment, very clean. Close to the ski hill and bus. The host was very nice and made the stay memorable. Great! Great! Great!

This is a super spacious condo close to the free bus route which can get you pretty much anywhere. It had everything we needed and was nice and quiet.

The condo had plenty of room for five adults We used the well stocked kitchen to cook our meals We used the washer dryer and dishwasher as needed Internet speed was very fast A short walk took us to the free bus

Eric was very responsive and made sure everything went well with our check-in. The location was super convenient near the green line bus route. Notes at the condo were great for knowing what bus to take, where the hot tub was, grocery store, restraints, etc. A few of the pans were a bit sticky and tough to cook with but not a deal breaker. Everything was clean and as advertised, would stay again.

Amazing stay at Eric’s condo. Perfect for 6 guests, very accessible to the mountain and Eric was very communicative. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at steamboat.

Beautiful condo in nice neighborhood. Spacious, nicely decorated and lots of nice surprises such as a cabinet with all kinds of spices, a supply of videos, games and books. We would definitely hope it would be available for our next Steamboat stay.

Had a great time and the place fulfilled our need perfectly. Place was clean, plenty of space as advertised. Only note - Garage was a little smaller in height and length than expected. Can fit an SUV/sedan without a topper easily, not a full size F150 though

Townhome is as advertised and a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The garage is a nice bonus for skis and gear, as well as the 2nd living room as an extra space for the kids. And communication with Eric is fast and easy. Would stay again.
