This renovated 1896 cottage used to serve as the wheel repair house for the Manitou Livery. Free, private parking for two guest cars on site. Easy in and out to area attractions. The Nest is located half block from Manitou Avenue, yet is surprisingly private and surrounded by nature. brbrA full-sized memory foam bed with an adjustable bed frame sits in the private bedroom. brbrThe living room is perfect for lounging, and the couch becomes a full-sized bed for one additional adult guest or two smaller children. brbrThe kitchenette is conveniently set up to make a hot cup of coffee, for light meal preparation and for storing munchies for your stay. And help yourself to the healing, naturally carbonated, free Manitou Springs mineral water bubbling up in fountains around town during your stay. brbrThe private, dedicated 2-person tub has two, reclining spaces that jet water at three different power settings to massage the back. The tub utiliizes modern ozonation and silver technology for a sanitary and clean soaking experience that's nearly chlorine free. No need to shower after tub and before bed! Cycle to the Garden of the Gods or Red Rock Canyon Park and marvel at incredible red rock formations or drive up the nearby highway to the summit of America's Mountain, Pike's Peak.brbrManitou Springs no longer hosts the trolley that long ago took people from Colorado Springs and neighboring Old Colorado City to and from Manitou, but one can take the same journey using the #3 bus which features stops in several locations along Manitou Avenue.
