Loft in Historic Spa Building in the center of Manitou Springs

Nice and spacious condo in downtown Manitou Springs. Perfect location to explore the town and the surrounding sights, and really nice to have onsite parking given how busy the town can be.

We absolutely love this VRBO. In fact, we have already booked our stay here for next year. The location is OUTSTANDING, and the condo has everything we were seeking - lovely views of town, a fireplace, a wonderful outdoor patio on the third floor overlooking the town center, a BBQ Grill, spa tub, big spacious bathroom, big king size bed, comfy furniture, great kitchen, safe locked-garage parking, and it's just steps away from all the amazing shops and restaurants, yet on the third floor so you don't really hear too much noise from the street. We stayed here in the winter - and it was warm and cozy. We loved it.

Great location for anyone visiting Manitou Springs. Being right in the thick of all of the shops, and having a guaranteed parking space is huge for big weekends. The space itself is really unique, being a loft in what was most likely a business at one point in time. Everything was as presented in the ad and in good shape. The only minor point was finding a number of the plugs in the bedroom not working, but we were able to sort it out with extension cords we brought. Communication with the owners was easy and clear for the most part, with being able to get into the garage and check-in without any issues. Would not hesitate to rent this space again if we're in town.

Location is superb, security is awesome, and the designated parking spot was fantastic. The unit is well decorated and well stocked with items needed. Access to activities is perfect, most within walking distance or a short drive. Bedroom door needs some covering to block outside light.

GREAT property! Terrific views from every window and the large balcony. Large space, kitchen excellent for cooking and visiting. VERY comfortable king size bed. Soothing, relaxing Jacuzzi tub. Quick, friendly responses from Host. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything about it was 100% perfect. Our only complaint, which is nothing the property owner can do anything about, is the common areas of the building reeked of marijuana, especially at night. The smell makes my wife physically ill, so for us it was a problem. The unit Itself is perfect.

The property is in a great location. Huge balcony with incredible views. We have stayed here three times before. The property was not as clean as it usually is and several electrical outlets were not working properly. The building the Condo is in needs some TLC, missing ceiling tiles. Broken chairs on the balcony, etc

this is a great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Manitou Springs. Excellent location for shopping, restaurants, etc. But it's still very quiet. The apartment is in an interesting old building, but has been refurbed to be modern and comfortable. Definitely recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The host was responsive and helpful. We loved the river walk, but the number one amenity was the comfort of the bed as both my husband and I struggle with back pain.

A wonderful visit and perfect location!

4 of us stayed here for six nights in May. Let me tell you this is by far the best place we have stayed at on all of the vacations we have taken. The loft was immaculate had every single thing you could possibly imagine, it was literally like Having a home away from home. The loft is 100% equipped and very comfortable. The caretaker at the time forgive me I can’t remember his name, but he was absolutely amazing. If we had any questions, I don’t care what time it was, He responded within seconds to a couple minutes after I sent the text. All instructions were extremely accurate. The garage space where you park your car was extremely secure. We had a ton of luggage because this was the end of a three week trip. Pulled up at the front unloaded and took everything up the elevator then went back and parked. This unit was extremely quiet and has the only direct access to the shared balcony directly off the living room, other units have to access a door from the hallway. Only saw one neighbor one time on the balcony the entire time we were there. The view is gorgeous, just absolutely outstanding. You are right above the downtown strip and the view of the mountains is spectacular. There’s a restaurant called the border burger bar directly downstairs which has great food you can even order drinks to go and bring them upstairs, the Penny Arcade is right next door. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

I don't like writing reviews. I'll make an exception here. This place is unique - beautifully decorated, centrally located, private access to a beautiful rooftop view to Main Street. I absolutely loved it. Walkable to Incline and Barr Trail, walkable to all cool restaurants. I would love to stay again. Thank you to my hosts - I used the time and place to start my book. I coordinated our trip to Colorado Springs this year for our anniversary. My wife was reluctant at first because she’s usually the beach type. This was a 1000/10 nailed it on the head getaway to probably one of the coolest properties in one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed and will make it a point to try and book every year from here on out. The unit over looks the bustling downtown manitou, where I felt more like returning to a childhood home than going on some vacation.We had a blast and that is likely an understatement.10/10 will book again!

Great location and true to pics! Clean, convenient and ample room. Our only complaint was the super soft mattress. With bad backs, the mattress was too soft and it was two twins pushed together so you fall in the crack. Didn’t have a really good night sleep while there.

Great spot within walking distance of the entire town of Manitou Springs and a much appreciated assigned parking space in a locked and covered garage. Very spacious inside with large kitchen/dining/living loft space and massive bathroom. The patio was great in the evenings to relax.The river was running high during our stay, and we really enjoyed the sound of the rushing water just outside the windows.Check-in was relatively straightforward, although be aware that some of the listing’s documentation still references the old key lockbox, which is no longer used in lieu of electronic keypads/keycodes. The loft was extremely musty smelling upon arrival, but the weather cooperated with us to open all the windows and it dissipated by the evening of our first night.

Close to so many activities. We loved our time at the loft. The accommodations were great, Had everything someone might need for a short trip. We enjoyed multiple coffees, drinks and meals on the balcony Just a great place.

Spent 5 nights in Manitou Springs and this unit was great. Centrally located in the middle of everything. The outdoor terrace was great for relaxing after a rough day hiking or after enjoying the shopping. The Property Manager was great responding to my needs, usually within minutes. I would definitely stay here again if I was to return to the area. Highly Recommend!

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is in the heart of Manitou Springs. I would stay again. We had some trouble on check in due to a bad code, but the owner/manager was able to get us in eventually.

This is such a great rental, in the heart of Manitou. Lots of shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The loft is large and has a great kitchen. Everything was perfect and if communication was needed, it was immediate. I could not recommend this loft enough and the locals were all great.

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. Spacious, comfortable, and well appointed home in a central location surrounded by shops, restaurants, activities, and beautiful views. Property management was promptly responsive, kind, and patient with our questions about amenities. We hope to return!

it was an awesome location and the property is great. having a dedicated locked parking spot was nice too. there was a few minor issues with check in and I would strongly recommend that you unload up front and go to the elevator and then park. It's a long way to the elevator from the parking garage. It is a little tricky getting in & out of the garage. I did have a problem with getting enough hot water to be able to actually use the big tub the way it is meant to be used. Only other gripe was the only closets were pretty much full and so was one dresser. there is another dresser to use though. We loved being able to go open a door and go right out on the roof!!! It is a fantastic comfortable apartment with great bed and lovely decor!!! Not sure I would be that trusting!! Even a robe to use for each of you!!

We are grateful to have found the perfect spot for a long weekend in Manitou Springs for a friend’s wedding. This condo is perfectly appointed, clean, and in an excellent location. Cleanliness is at the top of our list and thankfully, this condo hit the mark! Also provided, bath amenities, coffee and filters, and a super comfy bed. We also enjoyed viewing the beautiful town of Manitou from the shared, large patio. Beautiful view. We could walk anywhere and found ourselves really enjoying the food and drinks at the Border Bar in the building. We’d rate this one an 11 out of 10!

3rd floor condo in historic bath house was cozy and convenient. We were a bit annoyed by the lock boxes and key fob problems but our stay was otherwise relaxing and fun. Secure private parking behind chain gate, good food all around, and a short 30-minute trip to the airport made our week fly by. Clean room to boot. We will be back!

The location and the views were amazing. With its unique and artistic style, the apartment is most sure to make everyone happy. Mountain View’s from every window and balcony. The location is right in the middle of sweet Manitou which means you can walk anywhere. It was cozy and so relaxing. I will defiantly be back. Oh…and communication with host was quick and easy!!

Everything about the property was perfect! We want to rent this exact location again in June, but longer this next vacation. It was so close to the Incline (my wife did the climb 2 days in a row, and she met a lot of fabulous climbers); we traveled to Canon City and did the zipline and Royal Gorge Bridge. Prior visits we had done Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge Railway, etc. There is so much more we want to cover during next visit and hoping this place will be available in June. The property is close to shops and restaurants and is only a short drive to many attractions in the area. It was clean and very quiet. We used the terrace many times and the covered parking was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

We came out and accomplished the Manitou Incline ! We did it and loved all of Manitou Springs. Wendy was awesome to work with and our accommodations were outstanding! Enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the location. Patio was great. Plenty to do within walking distance. We would definitely stay here when we visit Colorado Springs in the future.

Park your car and spend the rest of the weekend walk and using the local bus (which stops right outside the building) to visit all the area has to offer.

Everything was just as described. The location is perfect if you want to be able to explore Manitou Springs on foot. We rented for the Pikes Peak Marathon and the location is incredibly close to the finish line and after party.

Loved, loved, loved the condo, the location and town. The condo added so much to the vacation being that it was in the middle of the town and had a phenomenal view on the outdoor patio

This was our second time staying at the Spa Building condo. The place is big, comfortable and clean. The rooftop patio is a great place to start and end the day. We are already planning our next visit.

The location was perfect for us and the loft was just as advertised. We will pribably try to stay again when we visit our daughter. We were surprised we never saw anyone else on the shared patio area.

This is the second time we've stayed in a property owned by these folks and we remain pleased! The unit is beautifully appointed, amazing shower, and the location can't be beat. The bed was super comfy and having the use of the porch overlooking the main drag was incredible. The owner was communicative where needed and we appreciated the overall cleanliness and comfortability of the unit. We can't wait for our next stay and to be honest, we won't consider staying anywhere else in the Manitou area for future visits. Thank you!

This place is such a gem! Walking distance to all of Manitou & Garden of the gods. I've been coming to the area almost every year for the last 12 years. I wish I would have found this earlier. Will definitely stay here again!

This apt was in the middle of everything at Manitou Springs! It has so much character and everything is comfortable. The parking garage was a great amenity and we enjoyed the history of the building and area.

The apartment was great for my husband and I for our week in Manitou Springs. Terrific location for walking and a reserved, garage parking spot for the times we used our car. Good kitchen, large bathroom with a soaking tub and we loved the comfy bed. We also loved sitting on the terrace for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Overall a wonderful experience!
