There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room to help circulate the cool air through the cabin. brbr •We are at 9,200 feet in elevation — altitude sickness can occur but you can do things to prevent it and alleviate symptoms including, taking a day to rest when you arrive, drink extra water and stay well hydrated (avoiding alcohol will help).brbr•Do not leave food outside unattended. Our local wildlife does include deer and the occasional bear, mountain lion, bobcat, and fox.brbr•The basement level of the home is occupied by a permanent renter, who has separate access. Please do not try to access the basement level.brbr•Please only park in front of the right garage stall or off to the right side of the driveway as the left side garage and driveway is designated for the tenant.brbr•If you are staying with pets you are responsible for cleaning up after them. Will need AWD or 4WD during the winter months (Oct-March). The driveway is repaired once a year for erosion so there are times where there are parts of the driveway that have eroded. There are also all dirt roads in this neighborhood, about a mile in and a mile out in either direction. br-There are steep stairs both inside and outside, not recommended if any mobility concerns.
