The custom dining table sits in front of the large sliding glass doors leading to the expansive deck. This level also includes a well equipped kitchen and a formal dining room. The wrap-around deck features a bbq grill, a large outdoor dining table for six, and additional bar chairs to sit and enjoy the view while drinking your cup of coffee in the morning or your beverage of choice to unwind after a day of adventures. This level also features a full bathroom.brbrUPPER LEVEL:brThe upper level includes a balcony that overlooks the great room and the grand windows facing the west and Pike National Forest. You will have a cozy night’s sleep in the luxury linens in the large custom log bed and a private full bath.brbrLOWER LEVEL:brThe lower level features two additional bedrooms. A spectacular log bunk bed with a twin xl bed and a large queen is ideal for the kids but still works for a third couple due to the large queen bottom bunk. This room also features a reading nook for a quiet getaway to relax. The second bedroom on this floor also has a large queen log bed. The storage area above garage and the garage itself will not be accessible to guests and is for owner storage only.brbrbrLevel parking and covered carport available for guests.brbrADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE:br- Please note that lake access is reserved for HOA members only. Guests are not permitted to fish, use the lake, or access HOA lake/common areas during their stay. However, guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the lake using the nearby road.br- For your heath and safety a professional spa technician will perform weekly maintenance on the hot tub. We will make every effort to notify you before technician arrives if possible. Technician will only need access to the hot tub area.br- AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity.br- Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $35 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.br- Violation of pet or smoking (inside) policy $300 minimum deep cleaning due to significant health risk to owner.br- Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 10 minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $75 for every half hour increment.br- Before You Arrive: To ensure a smooth and seamless stay, we require all guests to complete a short Rental Acknowledgement and registration form after booking.
