When you're ready to head up to the mountains or back to the airport, the highway is less than five minutes away.brbrBuilt in 1909 in a neighborhood filled with a combination of modern and historic homes, this brick house still has some original woodwork and transom windows but all systems have been updated to modern standards. We've furnished the home with a mix of antique pieces and newer comfort items. It's the perfect mix of old and new!brbrWith an open living/dining area and a window to the kitchen, it's easy for everyone to mingle and socialize during meal times and in between. The living room also boasts a 40 inch flatscreen T.V. and blu-ray DVD player with basic cable and a small selection of movies available.brbrThere are a couple of patio chairs on the front covered porch, a great place for sipping your morning coffee. The back yard is a lovely private oasis, perfect for lazing away the afternoon. There is a large gas grill for easy preparation of your favorite BBQ items and a shaded patio table for outside dining. The kids will love the expansive green lawn.brbrThere are two bedrooms on the main level with one shared bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Make sure to explore Highlands Square, Tennyson Street and LoDo.
