Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.brbr5. PetsbrPets of any kind are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.brbr6. Property Loss & Damagesbr• Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully.br• Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.br• The card on file will be charged a claim for the current price for any missing or damaged items including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets/furniture, lost, missing, or damaged items etc.brbr7. Check-in/Check-outbrEarly check-in and late check-out is only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee. Unapproved late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. brbr8. Mail/PackagesbrWe do NOT allow mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail and are not held responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries. Food delivery services such as DoorDash, Instacart, etc. are OKAY.brbr9. Safety & Energy Conservationbr• Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged when not in use.br• Always make sure to turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heating unit when leaving the house.brbr10. General House Rulesbr• No shoes inside the property.br• No tampering with exterior cameras, noise detection monitors or wifi equipment.br• Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.br• No moving/rearranging of the furniture. All indoor furniture MUST remain inside the property. If any item is moved outdoors and becomes damaged, guests will be responsible for the full replacement cost.br• No unplugging of the electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.)br• There is no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 2-3 hours, similar to checkout.brbr11.
