The private guest suite is located in the walkout basement of the host's home, you'll have the privacy you desire while assistance is a call away.

Guest Access:

Parking is available directly in front of our home on the left side of driveway.

Private entrance to the suite is on the right side of the home through the gate.

There are steps leading to the private entrance.

A secure keypad is located on the door.

This is a private suite attached to the home. The only shared spaces with the host are the laundry room and back patio/yard.



The Neighborhood:

Just a short walk to the end of the street provides you with a park, stunning wildlife conservation area, and beautiful biking/walking paths.



Getting Around:

- RTD light rail station is 6 miles away. This connects Centennial to downtown Denver, the airport, and other common destinations.

- Denver International Airport is an easy 25 minute drive.

- Downtown Denver is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic.

- Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and Ballerina Arena is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic.

- Colorado ski resorts are between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the resort destination. Arapahoe Basin and Keystone are the closest.

- Many hiking paths within a 30 minute drive.



Many dining options, grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, and an outdoor mall within a 10 minute drive.



Parking is available directly in front of the home on left side of driveway. Private entrance to the suite is on the right side of the home through the gate. There are steps leading to the private entrance. A secure keypad is located on the door.



Other Things to Note:

**Due to this being our home and having shared spaces, we have allergies that prevent us from allowing any animals.**



Separate entrance available via walkway and stairs. This property and walkway may not be ADA compliant. Footsteps or noise may be heard from above.



Check-in at 4 p.m.

Check-out at 10 a.m.



Laundry is available with a 24 hour notice. Detergent ect. is provided.



Interaction with Guests:

The suite is your own space no interaction unless you need us. However, we may see each other in the spacious back yard and will say hello. We live on the upper level in the home and mostly stay to ourselves. You will self check in. Laundry is a shared space and available upon request with 1 day notice.
