You will not interact with the tenant except aside from sharing the garage. We offer space for 1 car in a heated, attached garage, with a second space directly behind the first vehicle, but outside. We will need to discuss any requirement for multiple cars. Further, because the driveway can get a little slick, we seriously recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle!
