Brilliant 4-bedroom house with AC in Arvada! Family and Pet friendly,

We came for almost a week starting Easter weekend. On Easter Sunday, we were having family over for a barbecue. I went to start the grill at around 12:30 (our people expected around 1) and the propane tank was empty. I messaged Kenneth, and inside of 10 minutes he had us a new tank there. Literally. We were sweating it, but that speedy response saved our family party. Oh, and the property is very nice and spacious too. I spent a lot of time on the patio and in the game room. But the host would have made a dump look like a palace. Thanks again Kenneth.

We used this house for a quick overnight--the directions to the location were clear (trust them), the parking was plentiful, the house was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied--the location is a little quirky and the house is older with creaking floors etc, but would happy stay here again!

It’s our favorite place on our trip so far! The garden is outstanding. A beautiful home!

Perfect space for our stay. Comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The house was beautiful and nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. Close to everything, easy commute to airport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was friendly and prompt with communication, easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend for large or small family.

Roomy and clean. Owner was very quick to respond to AC and plumbing requests - one-off issues that shouldn't be a future concern. Nice-sized, fenced yard for pets, and humans, to roam. Plenty of parking space for a couple vehicles. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Mountains less than an hour away.Our only suggestion for the owner: bedside lamps in all bedrooms for us bedtime readers.

The house was immaculate and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked.Parking off the alley was convenient, especially with the carport. The host responded to messages promptly and allowed us to check out at noon.There is no air conditioning and it got a bit warm and stuffy while we were there. We borrowed a fan from my daughter but it would be nice if there were fans available for the bedrooms. We like to read before bed but there was only one reading lamp. There are TVs in every bedroom but we couldn't figure out how to use them. Netflix is available but you have to sign in using your own account. We didn't have the sign in information with us but you can watch a lot on UTube! Our young grandsons loved the play room and the pink bedroom!We will definitely stay again! Great host and very affordable :)

Nice clean house with off street parking. The host has good communication and answered any questions quickly. Also a nice size fenced yard!

Beautiful home. My dog loved it. Bring a loud white noise machine to put by the camera in the main living room facing out the window towards the road. There is a camera trained over your parking and the smoking section out front. The local police will avoid coming to the scene to address the hidden camera.

We really enjoyed are stay in Arvada. Very clean accommodations, four bedrooms and pet friendly! Our German shepherd totally took advantage of the green space, frolicking in the garden and exploring beyond. Kenneth, the host, was very kind and helpful. His communications throughout our stay were truly appreciated and showed he is a very kind and considerate person. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to book here.

Very nice stay. Clean with plenty of room to spread out. TVs had volume issues but the host was quick to remedy that for us.
