Down the hall, you'll find a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs is cozy, with the two additional bedrooms and second bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed the the third, a single set of twin bunks w/ a twin trundle suitable for children. These two rooms share a balcony with seating to enjoy the peaceful, forested back area of the property. The balcony off the upstairs bedrooms is perched over the new downstairs deck. The living room has a large television and gas stove. Two additional chairs for the dining table are nearby.brbrThe West Shore is a great place for a Tahoe getaway and this neighborhood, about two miles from Tahoe City, is a perfect spot. A little over a half mile walk or bike distance to Sunnyside Bar, Restaurant and Beach. It is also so close to many hiking/biking trails during the summer months. brbrDuring the Winter season you are close to Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Ski Resort and Homewood Mountain Resort. Tahoe XC is a short drive and great for Nordic skiing or snowshoeing. During the ski season Palisades has a shuttle that runs from Sunnyside up to the Sherwood Chair on the backside of Alpine Meadows Resort.
