We also require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. There are two options to satisfy this requirement. You can purchase a policy through us and it costs an additional $55 total. The alternative option is that you can opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. If you opt in for the security deposit, we will hold that on your card on file two weeks prior to check-in and then will return it as quickly as we can.
