Bennett Valley Eden - 3 homes with Hot Tub & Tastings Included

As described. Loved the location and the multiple units on property. My work colleagues and I had a pleasant time. Host was great. Didn’t need to communicate about anything the entire time.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was perfect for our weekend gathering!

The property accommodated myself and my 3 children and their families, 16 people. It was great to have a place to gather together for meals as well as several separate areas for quieter groupings. My grandson loved seeing deer in the mornings.The location was convenient to Howarth Park where we had a family reunion. As a minor issue, the scratched teflon fry pans do need replacing. One must also not be bothered by the neighbor's barking dog.Overall, a good location for our visit to Santa Rosa.

Stayed at Eden with another family and it was the perfect base camp. The property and location were great, and it was very helpful to have three different units for all of us to spread out. We went to Napa and all over Sonoma County and the location was convenient to everything.

The whole property was just so nice and peaceful. Beautiful old oak trees. its springtime so flowers are blooming all over the place, many nice spots to just sit and read a book out in the gardens. It is a perfect place to have togetherness and some space. Both the outside buildings are nice, with full kitchens

Our stay is amazing. The property is perfectly located! Our family stayed for 3 nights and we loved it! The house, cottage and studio were perfect for a party of 10! Everything was clean and well maintained. Instructions for the property were easy to follow. We will be back and recommend this amazing property!

A group of 11 stayed at this property over a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The location was great, everything we needed was very easy to get to. It was nice that we could all stay together while still having our space when we needed.

We had a lovely stay at your property. It was perfect for our group which had ages 31-70. We all had a little privacy and enjoyed the outdoor areas tremendously. Kitchens were well appointed and it was great to have several ovens! It was a short hop to the several wineries we did tastings at and to grocery stores and shops. Highly recommend for groups.

Beautiful property literally just outside of Town. So very close to any amenities needed but very secluded feeling. We visited right after our wedding with our family and close friends. The 3 houses worked perfectly giving us all our space but we had the main house to gather together for meals and all be together. We would recommend this property for any one needing a little get away! Great host that got back to you right away with any questions.

We loved our stay at the WC lodging. For a large group like ours with multiple families, the split accommodations were perfect and ideal. The house was well equipped with all the necessary cutlery and kitchen items and there were plenty of towels to go around. The hot tub was great too and the setting overall is very serene! Only thing was that the water was a bit smelly and noticed in the toilets that it came out light yellow. Not a huge deal breaker For us since we had our own water to drink but just fyi. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was as advertised. Wish I got to spend more time on property. Good for stay with friends with multiple buildings on property.

We wanted a quiet place near where we grew up for a family gathering for siblings and their partners and children from around the country. The Bennett Valley Eden was perfect: it allowed us to cook and eat together, plus lots of inside and outside places to gather for conversations. We really how appreciated the Post Office and Studio houses provided quiet places for late risers and infant naps.

My family stayed at this Bennett Valley property the end of June 2024 and we really enjoyed our stay! This place is nicely setup for a larger group with three houses; a large main house, a two bedroom detached cottage and a detached studio. Everything was clean and well stocked for our stay. Located a few miles outside of Santa Rosa; the best of both worlds with restaurants, wineries, and stores close by but rural and relatively private in the hills. We found the property owner/manager quite responsive when we had a small problem with the key pad on one of the doors. A good time was had by all!

The location is great but the overall experience was average at best. From the shower in the guest house not working, to multiple toilets backing up, to the AWFUL sulfur smell in the water, and probably the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on, we hoped for more. We had extended family with us and we chose to stand up when hanging out inside at times due to the couch being almost impossible to sit on comfortably. Prior to the trip we read other reviews and asked about the sulfur smell. The host assured us it was remediated. That was not the case to the extent my wife used bottled water to brush her teeth. However the worst part of the trip was communicating with the host. Their attitude was curt and condescending. As a Superhost with the other company myself, I was shocked by their attitude and answers to basic questions. We have future plans to visit the area and can assure you that we will avoid any property hosted by this host management firm.
