The dining table is set up for 10 adults, and, if needed, the pool table can convert to a second large dining table in the adjoining family room. Five beds, three king-sized and two queen-sized, provide ample private sleeping spaces.brbrAllow us to provide further details on what to expect when staying at Farpoint:brbrIf you need to work, the home has professionally installed, enterprise-grade Ubiquiti Unifi Gigabit wireless internet. There’s even an access point by the pool for all your “work from pool” needs.brbrThe 35’ long pool will feel gigantic even with your entire group in the water. The infinity edge hanging over the Mayacamas Mountain valley gives you the feeling of being perched on the edge of the world. The saltwater system protects your skin and hair from the drying and damaging effects of high amounts of chlorine. The substantial deck around the pool is enough space for everyone to spread out for sunrise yoga or to simply relax on the chaise lounges. brbrThe upper deck has a 7-person hot tub with the same panoramic views. We recommend enjoying the sunset from this location. This deck too is quite large for a number of fun activities, including dining on the outdoor dining table. The upper deck is accessible through double doors from both the living room and family room. brbrThe heart of the interior of the home is the giant living room where 12 people can comfortably have a movie night. In addition to the double sectional couch seating, the living room has a 75 4K TV with Netflix/Max/Disney/Hulu/Paramount and a reading nook. The family room has a pool table with a topper that converts it into a ping pong table or a second large dining table. It also has a couch, a 4K TV, surround sound speakers, and a wet bar. brbrBetween the living and family rooms is the dining room with a large natural wood table. Comfortably seating 10, it has an amazing wall of windows to allow the dining experience to take in the view. brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with table settings for 12. Additionally provided are 4 sets of children plates/bowls and utensils. Fully stocked glassware includes: 16x highball and rocks glasses, 12x wine glasses, 12x champagne glasses, and large water glasses. For enjoying outside, there is a set of 12 plastic glasses, 12x silicone wine/cocktail glasses, and 12x melamine table settings. For cooking large meals,there are two ovens, a 6-burner stove, and a 2.1 cu ft microwave, in addition to a large assortment of cookware, utensils, and serving dishes.
