Both units come with their own private garage parking, laundry facilities, stocked kitchens, large living areas, and patios with gas BBQ's.brbrThis 2800+ square foot duplex is the perfect place for your Newport Beach getaway! The duplex is a traditional duplex (one unit upstairs and one downstairs). There are two private garages and room for two small cars behind those garages as well (4 cars total). The downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and the upstairs unit has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (the master bedroom has an ensuite bath). brbrEach kitchen is outfitted with high end appliances and an assortment of spices, oils, coffee, tea, and other cooking basics. Pots, pans, knife blocks (1 per unit), bone china dishware, flatware, and glasses are also provided along with a coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. You can also ride the ferry between the peninsula and Balboa Island or visit the FunZone or take the Catalina Flyer to breath taking Catalina Island for the day.brbrThis exquisitely renovated contemporary 3BR architectural style home sits in the upscale and exclusive community of Lido Isle.
