Steps to Beach and Bay with Garage Parking (compact car) & Air Conditioning!

What a wonderful place to soak in some summertime beach!! Excellent location, owners were responsive and we will definitely stay there again.

Clean space. Close to the beach and shopping. But not so close to the busy area. Was a nice quiet area.

great access to the beach and never had an issue with parking in front (Thank God).Air conditioning was a great benefit but the the units need to be cleaned I guess becasue there is an ever present musty smell or maybe it comes from the water leak issue that is below the unit in the garage??

The apartment was great! Very comfortable and clean. Close to the beach. Garage access worked well. Small garage so small car a must. The apartment had everything we needed. Great stay!

Very clean tidy property with all the amenities you could need. A very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We hired bikes and were able to bike to Huntington and Sunset Beaches. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again.

Nice 2nd floor apartment, windows with breeze and good light. Must be able to climb some stairs.

Janet was great and the place was lovely. The only reason for 4/5 was a mix up on heck out times. The check out time in the confirmation email had a typo as 10:59pm, but it was supposed to be 10:59am. We had planned to leave our luggage for the afternoon, but it wasn't a big deal to get out earlier for the next tenants. I would definitely recommend!

Great location and well equipped!

This is my second stay at the property and first time in Apartment D. If you don’t like stairs and are looking for an ocean view, it won’t be the right spot for you. However, if you are like me and want a comfortable and clean home base to return to after daily outings, it is perfect. This one-bedroom apartment is nicely decorated and the sofa area is comfy and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with whatever you may need. There were lots of back up towels, including beach towels. The garage parking is very small so I recommend parking on the street. My stay was in October so there was no problem finding a space very near the apartment. The beach is right across the street and the apartment is perfectly located for walking to either the Newport Pier or to the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone. Approx. 3/4 mi-1 mi. There are lots of good places to eat, plenty of bakeries and bars. Overall a great stay and I will definitely look to stay here again next year.

We selected this property because of the centralized location to events we were attending during our stay. We were unaware of the pay for parking on the streets in the neighborhood between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

The location was just has shown ~ very clean and Janet was amazing!

This place is great. Can’t beat the location, just 2 short blocks to the beach boardwalk. There is so much natural light and really cute California decor. The place is really comfy, great bed and couches. And the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to do some good cooking. Definitely note that the garage is for a small car only…I had a crossover and couldn’t fit. Street parking is easy enough to come by during the week but was difficult on the weekend. That is the only draw back but is the case for most places in this area. Will stay again!
