107 24th St | Rooftop Deck w/ Ocean Views

We stayed March 28–April 4 (we extended or stay by two days because we enjoyed the home), and this was our second time renting here. Unfortunately, this experience was completely ruined by how management handled a serious issue after checkout.I accidentally left behind my husband’s electric shaver, additional personal bathroom items, and a denim Gucci purse in the master bathroom and bedroom. I contacted management immediately upon me arriving back to my home (approximately 2 hrs after checking out) and made multiple follow-up calls. Each time I called I spoke with Regina and she seemed helpful, today I find out she never informed management and there was no follow through. After nearly 10 days, management finally called, completely unaware of my case, forcing me to start over.I was initially told no one had entered the home, which was false—new guests checked in the same day. None of my items have been recovered, and there has been zero accountability or urgency. Given the circumstances, I seriously question whether the property was properly checked or if items were taken by staff.This level of negligence, poor communication, and lack of integrity is unacceptable. While the home itself is nice, we will not be using Newport Beach Properties again.

Property was great. Great location. Great views. We had plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This house was a perfect place for our stay. Everything from making the reservation to check out was seamless. I also took advantage to the grocery service before our arrival, which saved me so much time! I really enjoyed the location. Teens were able to walk to the beach, donut shop, and ice cream shop. This home accommodated our family and needs. The home was stocked with all basic necessities and more.

We had a great time. The property was spacious and even though it is not directly on the sand it had multiple ocean views from the main bedroom and rooftop. You are on the beach by walking less than a minute and the bars and restaurants are equally close. If there are waves there is great surfing as well. Parking is limited but this unit has a 2 car garage that can fit 1 big car or 2 smaller cars. The rental company Burr White was awesome as well. We would stay here again for sure.

We have stayed at several places along Newport over the years. The real estate company that manages this property was by far the best.

This property was perfect for our family including an infant. The location is so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The garage was big enough for 2 cars (Honda pilot and Toyota highlander). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. We had a couple requests that were handled with immediate speed and courtesy. We hope to stay here again! You won't be disappointed with this house.

Great place, very clean nice location. In a very busy area over the 4th of July but that comes with the holiday crowd. Loud teenage group across the street, again comes with the territory.

Rooftop deck is fantastic. Lots of room in every room - not crowded with 8 of us at all. Seemed a little pricey for the area but you are getting an ENTIRE house all to yourself. Garage easily fits 2 cars (without bikes) and fit our Yukon. Will not fit a Yukon XL model, btw. AC worked great. Kitchen well stocked with appliances contrary to several reviews (what were they complaining about??).Great property - would stay again if we choose to spend the $$.
