It has a 1 car garage spot and an additional 2 car tandem parking spots on the large side yard off of the alley that can accommodate a large SUV. The first level living quarters features a light-filled open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining room and living room, all with unobstructed ocean and island views that will leave you speechless. The cozy living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, warm fireplace, and plush sofa. br•BR1: Ist-floor bedroom/small master, queen bed, and en suite bath with bathtub.br•BR2: 1st-floor bedroom with queen bed and shared bath with third bedroombr•BR3: 1st-floor bedroom with three twin beds and shared bath with second bedroombr•BR4: Private upper-level large master suite with queen bed, adjacent bathroom, walk in closet area and a living area with a day bed for additional sleeping. If you just want to chill out on the couch or in bed, the Beach Break Bungalow has 2 large smart TV’s as well as internet connection with free WiFi access. In case you need a break from electronics and you just want to engross yourself in a book or play some fun beach games, then we have plenty of those as well. brbrIf you have young kids or just feel like a little sport the beach can’t offer, then West Newport Park is a grassy, beachside spot just 1 block away and has tennis courts, handball courts, a basketball court and a playground for the little ones. There are great options for shopping and dining nearby. Walk one block for casual eateries like Eat Chow and Spaghetti Bender, or head south towards Newport Pier for seafood restaurants, taco joints, and more. For fine dining try Nobu in upscale Lido Marina Village, or The Cannery or Bluewater Grill.
