Brand New Luxury Home with parking, elevator, AC - 7 min from the beach!

We stayed here after being evacuated from the Palisades fires and were so grateful for the beautiful, bright, spacious home. Thank you so much. Would come back under different circumstances so we can fully enjoy this special property!

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The beds were comfy, supplies were plentiful, and having all beach gear was super nice! Would stay here again!

Everything involving our stay went as expected. The owner was in contact with us from day 1 to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A couple of minor issues were taken care of immediately, and we had an excellent stay. Would gladly stay here again - super comfy beds, top-flight designer kitchen, extremely convenient underground parking. Can't recommend highly enough!

This home was beautiful, very clean and new, the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable, but it worked for the few days we were there. The beds were comfortable and I liked how each room had black out shades over the windows. The only thing I wish I knew was that the busy street was the only view from the home, and the homes was right on the street. It wasn’t very relaxing. But the home was in a GREAT location as far as walking to shops and the beach!

The management was responsive throughout our stay, however, we had quite a few issues. There was no doorknob on the front door the entire stay so we had to go through the garage/basement to get in and out and never knew if the front door was locked. They did send a locksmith but they said they couldn’t fix it. The elevator stopped working at one point, but again, they came to fix it. The air conditioning also stopped working our last day/ night there,- I texted asking about it in the evening but never got a response until we were checking out and I followed up. Another weird thing was that on our last day of our stay, the management texted me saying they brought over sheets but didn’t let me know prior to coming or ask if they could which just generally made me uncomfortable that someone entered while we were there and I didn’t know. Overall, the management was responsive and helpful but it was really frustrating feeling like I had to constantly text with an issue.

The whole process was very easy. The house is excellent. Location is perfect. My whole family enjoyed the stay. We will book again. Thank you!!
