The first time getting up takes a little time to figure out, but once you've figured it out the first time, it's only about 5 minutes off of PCH and much easier subsequent times.brbrThis house is surrounded by some amazing nature, and so you can expect to see some bugs and wildlife at times. In the summer they are especially active--we are always clearing off spider webs and cleaning inside and outside but please understand you probably will run into some bugs & critters during your stay.brbrWe allow up to 14 adults since that is the number that can fit in the beds (we can allow more if there are kids in the group.brbrGardener comes on Tuesdays for general maintenance.brbrPlease note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are responsible to check for personal items before check-out. Lost items can be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica or Culver City; we do not mail forgotten items.
