Oceanfront w/Heated Pool & Hot Tub, Parking, AC, Private Beach Access

This property was gorgeous and everything that it describes in listing. It has amazing ocean views and the windows are breathtaking- ceiling to floor. The walk in definitely brings a wow factor. The pool was perfect and heated which my boys loved. The location was wonderful and close to all. We even went to a Clippers basketball game and the distance was easy. Restaurants and beaches are all steps away. I walked the beach every morning. We look forward to hopefully being able to come back to this relaxing and cozy home. It truly was the perfect family spring break!

The house was beautiful, just as described if not better. Most clean house I’ve ever stayed in and the views from the living room were amazing. Will definitely be bringing my family back again.

Communication with Tara was friendly, prompt and useful. Check-in was a breeze. The house is perched above the ocean, and has amazing views from the living room, master bedroom and deck. The location is ideal - close to Central Malibu and its restaurants, shopping, convenience - but tucked away on Malibu Rd so you are not right on PCH. The beach directly in front of the house is very rocky, so if you insist on stepping out of your doorstep directly onto a sandy beach, it may not be the place for you. But it's a quick and easy walk (along the beach at low tide, along the quiet road at higher tide) to get to sandy spots on the beach that are great for swimming, paddleboarding, etc... The house is clean and well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommend!

This was everything it promised. Instructions were very detailed and the place was clean with everything we needed. The attention to all details made it feel luxurious. We had a great time.

The owner was super helpful, we were able to get groceries delivered and put into the house before we arrived. House was not as big as I thought from the pictures but it was definitely sufficient for two couples and three kids. The pool area is very nice, plenty of room and the funny looking chairs on the back porch were actually surprisingly comfortable! Since we were traveling with kids (some of which were not my own) I purchased the insurance. Was good I did since there was minor damage to a corner tile on the bathroom counter. Insurance took care of that and the homeowner seemed ok with it. Best thing about this house is the location and view. I could've spent our entire time there sitting in the living room looking out those giant windows. We don't travel to California very often but if we were back in Malibu, we would stay here again.

We had so much fun in this house being right on the beach. Not a lot of people on this beach so it was has if we had our very on private beach. The pool and spa was a delight to have for some for my sisters kids that came to visit us. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. It had everything that we needed. The host was great to work with and always there if needed. Great sunrises and sunsets to see right from home and patio. We will definitely stay here again if we come bank this way. I would definitely recommend this house for a private getaway in Malibu.

My family had a wonderful weekend celebrating Chinese New Year with family. It was magical. My mom was so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful house. We did fly in on the day Malibu was hit by a 4.6 earthquake. The management company was very responsive. We never worried about our safety.

This is just a once in a lifetime place! Enough space that people can have both privacy and togetherness. Spent a long weekend and realized we never really had to leave. Had it all. Walks on the beach, amazing views, comfy beds, and all the extras. Close to lots of amenities and yummy restaurants. We had some technical difficulties with the door when we first arrived but contacted the host Tara and she immediately had a solve. I would highly recommend this place for any special get away!

Great house with everything you need to play at the beach, even in the winter! I would only change one thing, have a heating element on the back balcony for night time (burr) and front fire pit for relaxing by the pool at night.
