Please be aware that the backyard of the house is adjacent to Pacific Coast Highway, so you may experience some traffic noise.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrYou will need a vehicle to get around as Uber or Lyft might have very limited availability.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrNO PARTIES, LOUD MUSICbrbrMAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMESbrbrANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTIONbrbrbrbrIt is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 10 p.m. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so all activities and noise levels must be respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the hot tub being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). OR walk directly to the beach on the road in 5 minutes. It's the best!brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrThis home does not welcome parties or events of any kind. brbrNormal get togethers with dinner and drinks etc are welcome. What that means is during low tides, there is beach to walk and play on but during high tide the water may come up to the house, which may limit the time of day you can access the beach. Also, during times of big swells plus super high tides, the beach can become rocky. The times for high and low tides vary every day but are predictable.brbrOnly dogs are permitted on the Rental Property and only with the prior consent of the Owner. The pet fee includes ONE dog only. If you wish to bring more than one dog, you will be charged an additional pet fee.
