And the double-pane windows will keep you warm in the winter or will offer a cool breeze when open during the summer. The blackout shades will keep the sun out if you want to sleep in.brbrThe other two bedrooms are queens, one of which has a dedicated workspace with a monitor and a standing/sitting adjustable desk. There's a hallway bathroom that both bedrooms can easily access, as well as an extra bathroom downstairs.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked, including new stainless steel appliances, a French press and stovetop espresso pot for your coffee fix, a Ninja Blender, cleaning supplies, extra trash bags, etc.!brbrIf there's anything specific you need in the kitchen for your meal prep, please don't hesitate to ask ahead of your stay.brbrThe living room has a couch and ottoman to relax, as well as a reading corner with two chairs that you're welcome to move around. Coming to ski Northstar ski Resort is 10 minutes away and we are also a short drive to Mount Rose Diamond Peak and Squaw Valley. If your coming just to relax the house has a large deck with plenty of seating for your entire family and friends, or wind down in the spa located on the back deck. All the necessary essentials for cooking i.e. pots, pans, utensils, blender, crock pot, coffee pot, Keurig, gas BBQ are included. Dining room seats 6 with a High Chair avail. Cable TV in living room and TV in master ready for FireStick or google TV. Wireless internet access is also included. brbrThe home offers a master with king bed, bedroom 2 with a king bed, and bedroom 3 with a queen bed and full crib with Pack & Play on site for use. You can use it as a hangout spot or a place to park your cars.brbr*LATE SUNDAY CHECK-OUTS: If you book Friday and Saturday nights (at a minimum), we will extend you a complimentary 6pm check-out on Sunday. There is no guarantee of this late check-out until the day before your arrival (as we have to make sure someone else doesn't show).brbrbrOTHER THINGS TO NOTEbrbrbrQUIET HOURS brPlease be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. To make sure we are respectful of our neighbors, we have a NoiseAware system on both outdoor decks, that measures sound decibels (no audio is recorded). If there is a noise complaint or we are alerted the decibel level is too high, we will contact you once (via phone and through the message center). If neighbor complains to the county enforcement office and the county has to come to the house because the issue persists, you will be charged a $1500 fee for excessive noise. If the issue becomes out of hand, we will have to work the local police to have you vacate the premise. If we receive a fine associated with the noise complaint, that charge will be passed on to you. brbrWhile our occupancy is set at 10 guests, we can accommodate up to 12 if the extra 2 guests sleep on the living room day beds. We will charge $25 a person, per night after your booking has been confirmed. Just ask us at booking if you can add the extra guests and we will get you taken care of!brbrA Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in your reservation. brbrThe cleaning fee added to your reservation includes the hot tub cleaning fee. brbrWe have one exterior security camera in the front of the house on the driveway. No audio is recorded from this camera. This camera is used to keep an eye on snow levels and ensure you can get in and out of the property. brbrDepending on the time of year, we may be open to hosting long-term guests. Please note that you will have to sign an official rental agreement along with the booking if you stay more than 30 nights. You will also be required to pay for a cleaning every 30 days along with the cleaning that is already scheduled after your stay.brbrbrbrPlease note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control.
