*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.

This remodeled Kingswood Village condo comfortably sleeps 8 adults with its 3 bedrooms, an open loft sleeping area and 2 bathrooms. Home features internet access, flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, wood burning fireplace and two decks; one with an electric grill.



The entry level houses two bedrooms, one with private deck, a full bathroom and the laundry area. The first bedroom is nice and bright with a Queen Bed. At the far end is the master bedroom which has a Lodge Pole California King Bed, and a ROKU TV, as well as a private deck.



The main level features a new kitchen with hardwood cabinets, granite counters and breakfast counter open to the dining and living areas. A stone wood burning fireplace, full bathroom and deck with electric grill complete this level of the Kingswood Mountain Fun Getaway.



The third level of the home is an open loft overlooking the living area below. This sleeping are has a Pyramid bunk with a full on bottom and a twin up top.



Community features pool, kiddie pool, sauna and tennis courts in summer and a year round exercise facility. Condo is just 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach or 5 miles to Northstar California.

    So fun and so great. Short drive from Safeway and prices aren’t so bad if you give them your phone number at checkout and apparently that’s all it takes to get “member” pricing. The bed in the bedroom by the door was miserably hard and no pillow top either. All the other beds were great. The loft was so fun for our 7 year old. Windows everywhere and such a great view no matter which way you look. We did encounter a pretty big bear while trying to throw away the rest of our trash but he was busy trying to break in to a dumpster nearby. We took lots of pics from our vehicle of him.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have rented this facility. The rent charged was a gross increase over the previous year, but the place was in very good condition except for a tear in one of the living room couches (which should have been repaired prior to our tenancy, but wasn't.) Three generations had enough room and had a fine vacation, enjoying hiking, kayaking, beach swimming and eating too much pizza.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was convenient for our stay. Downside was extensive walking from parking. Had to request occupant of mutual front porch to remove his spiral-wound hose from the front porch steps (a safety hazard). He somewhat grudgingly complied. Anonymous posting on front door at day 7 of 9 requested that we vacate within 36 hours to allow fire equipment use of the area roads. As the posting was anonymous and our rental completed in 48 hours, we continued to the end of our stay. Five people (two couples and a 12 year old) had a comfortable time in the facility. Property was well appointed, except we kept searching for kitchen tools (most found, some not). Some damage had previously occurred, but was not observed for a few days (cracks on butter dish cover in refrigerator, spots on main floor bathroom door (hall side). Electric lock worked surprisingly well. Took about 3/4 hour to find the property, partly due to confusion with property and unit numbers on documentation.

    Had what we needed for a fun week of family activities. Kings Beach was equidistant between Incline Village and Tahoe City. Small gym between the men’s and women’s saunas behind the pool was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked for pots and pans. A slightly roomier living area would have been nice but it had everything we needed and was nestled in beautiful redwoods.
