Luxury Lake View Retreat in North Lake Tahoe -Hot Tub

This is a beautiful house with amazing views and amenities. Huge great room with extra large dining table and a great entertainment kitchen. Master bedroom is upstairs which is great for parents with older kids. And the basement has foosball, Xbox 360 and a TV with large couch and the garage has ping pong. The street is nice and private with beautiful homes. super close to Northstar, the lake and Incline Village. This house has all the amenities, they really have thought of everything. Hot Tub is great on a private deck.

Beautiful property on the end of the street in a very nice neighborhood. We loved the spacious kitchen/ living area. The views from the house are gorgeous. We enjoyed making a sled run for the kids

The view of Lake Tahoe from all of the rooms was beyond impressive, especially the large picture window in the open living area! We enjoyed watching the snowfall while preparing our meals in the extremely well equipped gourmet kitchen. The hot tub was loads of fun and a welcome end to a day of exploring and snowshoeing. This was a Christmas getaway we will not forget!

The home was spacious with plenty of room for 6 friends to gather as a whole or in smaller groups. The location was convenient to both Incline Village and Tahoe City. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was ideal (10 on 10 scale). Trail close to house. View from windows spectacular. Celebrated mother’s 80th bday. Kitchen well stocked for meal preps.

11 min walk to beach is not true at all. It's a ten minute drive to beach - be aware. Major construction happening right across the street, rather distracting. Nice views, well stocked (except for bath towels) and everything worked which was nice. Host was responsive, but a little condescending.

Chad was very helpful with check-in. Beautiful home with great views. Plenty of room for us all (6). Highly recommend.

A beautiful home, clean, airy with views of the lake from most rooms. amenities galore. It was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. We cooked several meals.We would definitely recommend and return. Hot tub was especially nice.

I feel the property is amazing and has a lot of potential. The house needs a lot of maintenance and organization and deep cleaning and overall TLC. I especially did not care for the camera watching us in the jacuzzi.

This property has a great location with a short drive to Kings Beach or Incline Village. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views of the lake. Beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a large family. Chad is a great host as well. Highly recommend this property for families planning a trip to Lake Tahoe’s north shore. We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful vacation up in Tahoe at this beautiful home. The comfortable amenities, layout and close proximity to everything were only topped by the gorgeous lake views! Clean, comfortable home, fully stocked with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to two towns. Very nice distant lake views from the living area and outside deck. Would highly recommend for families!

Chad is awesome and his home is conveniently located with plenty of space for a large family or group. The views are stunning. We would strongly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Lake Tahoe area.

3 couples enjoyed this lovely home and especially the outside deck. Very clean and modern . Absoulutely gorgeous area, lots of wonder hikes and walking trails nearby.

The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six adults and four children. The house has gorgeous views and is close to everything. There’s a little trail at the end of the cul de sac and it was our own winter wonderland. Definitely would stay again!

From the location in Kings Beach, to the stunning views from the property, to the beautiful, spacious home itself, we could not have asked for anything more… but we still got it. Specifically, ideal weather and visits from the local wildlife, and a very helpful and accommodating host. This was truly a 10 out of 10 vacation. Thank you, Chad! We will absolutely be back.

The house was very comfortable and very well equipped. Great location and great view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay.

The house had amazing views and in a cute, quirky neighborhood. It had everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of couch space for our adult family to lounge in. Chad was great to commumicate with too. The only two issues is the keypad on front door could be tricky to use and a normal punch key pad would be easier. It was hot in Tahoe and the house was at 85 degree when we showed up. Didn’t realize there isn’t a/c. Could use more oscillating fans and ceiling fans to cool the rooms down. Great house overall

This was my first visit to Lake Tahoe, and Chads place made the trip so amazing! It was so spacious, clean, had unreal views of the lake, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Spent a week in Kings Beach at this great property with my immediate family and in-laws. Six of us in total, so we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views. The beds were comfy and the kitchen perfect for hosting dinner and drinks. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. (Kids loved the foosball table and telescope for checking out moon).

Our family of 9 had a great time at this beautiful house. Everything was in great condition and we had plenty of space to relax. The hot tub was a big hit! Easy to walk into town for fun activities as well. We would definitely recommend this house and host to anyone looking to stay in the Kings Beach area.
